Setup is billed in two parts — one to start, the balance only once you've tested the agent and signed off. Your plan starts billing at go-live. Every plan includes 1 dedicated number — extras are $7/mo. Additional prebuilt integrations are $699 each. Setup fees are one-time and exclude applicable taxes.
Questions, answered.
- What counts as a minute?
- Talk time on answered calls, billed in 30-second steps. Ringing, voicemail drops, and calls your agent never picks up don't count.
- What happens if I go over my minutes?
- Nothing breaks — the agent keeps answering, and the extra minutes are billed at your plan's overage rate. If you're going over most months, the next plan up works out cheaper per minute; we'll flag it when that's true for you rather than quietly billing the overage.
- Do bigger plans cost less per minute?
- Yes — every tier up lowers both your effective rate and your overage rate, and paying yearly lowers it again. Each card shows what a minute actually works out at, so you can compare without doing the maths.
- What are call insights, and what does agent tuning mean?
- We read your agent's actual calls and report what went wrong — questions it couldn't answer, things it got wrong, callers who hung up, promises it shouldn't have made. That's the insights report. Tuning is us then fixing them: we rewrite the agent so the same gaps don't repeat. It gets better over time instead of quietly drifting.
- What does setup include?
- We study your business, write and train the agent, procure a number, run test calls, and hand it over live. It's a one-time fee, and any plan works with any setup — you only pay to wire up what you actually need.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — move up or down at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes, and it saves you 15% on any plan. Setup fees are one-time and unaffected.
